Topic: cannot view member profile - help please? (Read 277 times)

Hello everyone, I hope you are well?
I've been away a long time [nawty me i know]
I'd like some help please?
I clicked on a member's user name as listed in the threads started [author] column and it came up with a message 'Many apologies, you can't view just anyone's profile' - beside it was ERROR OCCURRED! in bold red.
Does anybody know what this means?
